Beauregard Kumara appears orange when cooked. It is sweeter than the other Kumara and takes about 2/3 of the time to cook
Gold Kumara is an alternative to the traditional Red Kumara. It has a similar appearance and taste. It is very popular for Hangi meals. Gold Kumara is unavailable this season. |
