Signing for Deliveries
Please do not sign for your deliveries until you have checked them!

If there is any defect with the product, please note it on the sheet when you sign for the delivery - then advise us by phone, fax or e-mail so that we can arrange a replacement or credit. Please do not just tell the driver!

Delivery Times
There are no Sunday or Public Holiday deliveries

Out of Town Deliveries
Most North Island areas have overnight deliveries Monday to Saturday.
If you are in the South Island or an area that has special delivery times, we will discuss these with you.

Local Deliveries(Palmerston North/Feilding)
Morning & Afternoon deliveries - Monday to Friday
Morning Deliveries only - Saturday
There are no Sunday deliveries

Ordering Deadlines

Out of Town
10am of previous day (10am Friday for Monday delivery).
If you have special ordering deadlines, we will discuss them with you.
