Micro Greens

What are Micro Greens?
Micro Greens
are filament thin, delicate plants - the smallest possible incarnation of salad greens, herbs, and leafy vegetables.

Where did they come from?
Micro Greens
are a food trend initiated in California and prominent on leading chefs' menus in the USA.

How are they grown?
The Micro Greens
are grown by expert growers, in greenhouses and outdoors, using sterilised mixes, specialised growing techniques and years of experience in servicing the horticultural industry.

How are they supplied?
Supplied in 80g-90g
punnets of mixed Micro Greens especially selected for taste, visual effect and above all extra body.

Micro Greens produce a melody of texture, colour
and an exotic variety of flavours.

Micro Greens provide chefs with an opportunity to initiate new trends in garnishing and flavouring a variety of menu options.
